GATEWAY 2 UR DREAMS is the second release to be attached to the "INTERNET CLUB" alias. Similarly to the single before it (Internet Gospel Pt. II), its origins are unclear.
In a Twitter thread in 2019, Robin described it as "an approximation of the music described in the immortal Pokémon Black copypasta"[1] ("Throughout the sequence, the Lavender Town music was playing, but it was slowly decreasing in pitch. By the time your Rival appeared on screen, it was little more than a demonic rumble.")[2].
