I C Q is a single by INTERNET CLUB, released alongside DITHER. It stands out in the INTERNET CLUB discography as having an unusually low bitrate and small cover image.
It would later be expanded on by two sequels, ICQ2 and the track ICQ enter (included as a bonus track on Emulators Plus). All three were republished as a single album in 2020 (ICQ Memorial Complete Edition 2012-2013-2019).
