R.E.A.L, also known as smcke, is a now-defunct project by a native of Australia. Mostly active throughout 2017, he was known for his sample-heavy style, as well as frequent use of stylized font and katakana. Mostly releasing singles and EPs, R.E.A.L did release an album through his own bandcamp page; ｐｏｌｙｇｏｎｃｅｉｌｉｎｇ. With his album being his debut onto the scene, his final release was under his short-lived moniker smcke, which was a single track titled "2:30am, 18/02/19". The man behind the music shortly announced via Twitter that he had retired from making music.
