Examples
The title of the page is "Fuji Fiji" because the EP is a self-titled release. By looking at the page source, you can see:

This makes it so that you see "Fuji Fiji" at the top of the navbox instead of "Fuji Fiji (EP)."

2A. Getting the Correct Image
For releases containing Bandcamp and SoundCloud, do both sets to see if the original SoundCloud image is different from the Bandcamp image. In most cases, you'll be using the Bandcamp image.
After clicking on the link, click on the image to embiggen it. Now, right-click and click "Open image/link in new tab" and hover over the "_10" at the end of the link. Delete the 0 and click enter to get a higher resolution image. This is the image you would be uploading and using on your pages.
For a SoundCloud example, let's use the track "Unhappy" by Saint Pepsi as an example.

Firstly, click on the image to enlarge it. Now right-click the image and click "Inspect" to open the inspect deck. If you don't see the styles section after doing inspect, try to widen the inspect deck. Now hover over the blue link and open the image to see the resized image. Finally, replace the t500x500 in the link with "original" instead to make the original image appear.
