Elevator Relaxation Tape 4 (Also known as The End) is an album released by Stevia Sphere and published through Horizons United. The album was removed from the label following the closure of the label. In June of 2016, selected tracks from the album was released on Elevator Relaxation Tapes 1-4, Director's Cut.

Description
It's the last day of work. Our CEO steps into the elevator, but when it reaches the lowest floor she's nowhere to be seen. A search team is dispatched, but are not able to locate her. These recordings are sent to one of her co-workers a few weeks after her disappearance with a note saying "Thank you for choosing Stevia Sphere. The healthier choice of elevator music. The elevator is closed.".
