Over time since his introduction into the vaporwave scene, w u s o 命 has risen to great heights in the IDM and synth-ambient influenced sphere of Dreampunk. Developing in sound and becoming much more engrossed in storytelling and prose over time, his newer works are defined by their sprawling, interconnected landscapes. From this, his roots show promise from the very start, one of those earliest full releases being Computersea.exe.

The contemplative, hesitant atmosphere that defines his later work is present throughout the album, with a heavy focus on light, yet dance-y beat structures, tying together synth textures and heavy bass to create something that intertwines over itself, sometimes reflective and at other times overwhelming with an apprehension, weaving between them both at will.

Even after many years, much of the album remains timeless, tracks that lean heavily into its rhythmic structure standing out the most, such as 'program.consciousness', which almost feels to be the ultimate triumphant note from the album's run. It leans into something more upbeat to bridge both the front and back together, working as a breath of fresh air. Gliding back into place flawlessly through the two-parter 'trojan.exe', then finally going all out and releasing tension that had been built throughout its runtime with 'Delete'.
