In late 2018, Sunset Headquarters was contacted by a mysterious person in Japan claiming to have catalogued many late night transmissions from their local weather channel, often being very haunting in nature. We took a listen and thought that it perfectly resembled a unique sound, showing the haunting imagery of a TV blasting late night weather channel broadcasts.
