Elevator Relaxation Tape 4 (The End) (originally released as Elevator Relaxation Tape 4) is an album by Stevia Sphere, published through Horizons United in 2016. The album was removed from the label following the label's closure. In June of 2016, selected tracks from the album were included on the Elevator Relaxation Tapes 1-4 collection.

Description
It's the last day of work. Our CEO steps into the elevator, but when it reaches the lowest floor she's nowhere to be seen. A search team is dispatched, but are not able to locate her. These recordings are sent to one of her co-workers a few weeks after her disappearance with a note saying "Thank you for choosing Stevia Sphere. The healthier choice of elevator music. The elevator is closed.".
