Hologram Plaza is the sole album by Disconscious. The album is one of the more recognizable albums in the genre, often credited to being a pioneer to the "mallsoft" style of vaporwave. It was published on cassette through Tinnitus Records in 2013.

In 2023, the album was published on vinyl and cassette for the 10th anniversary of its release through the experimental label Mental Groove Records. The vinyl release was remastered and included 3 originally unreleased bonus tracks.
