Shibuya Meltdown is an album released by マクロスMACROSS 82-99 in 2020, after a 2-year hiatus. The album had cassette pressings via Neoncity Records in 2020 and later vinyl pressings in 2021. In some releases, and at the album's cover as well, he's credited as "Macroxx 82-99". Several tracks have "something more traditionally club friendly", and the reason for that it's because the artist stated in the album's description that he wanted to get a little bit away from the future funk subgenre, altought there are some future funk tracks, such as "POCKY".
