完 (Complete) is the final album by tech noir, self-published in February 2016 and given a physical release by NO PROBLEMA TAPES in November. The release is known for its formidable length and content, clocking in at 16.5 hours of music in one album and requiring an 8-cassette package to be published physically (especially noteworthy when tech noir releases typically did not surpass 15 minutes in length previously). The release was made private by NO PROBLEMA TAPES at an unknown date.

In 2022, the album was rebranded under the 회사AUTO name under the title Complete Noir. The release was given new artwork and English translated titles (and also removing the word repetition in the original titles), a similar treatment given to 齐 and The Collection. When the release was published on streaming services, its length required it to be split into two parts with separate artwork, similar to the treatment of DERELICTメガタワー.

Note that the translation of 德 as "virtue" may be inaccurate as the glyph is meant as a multifaceted piece of vocabulary in Chinese philosophy known as "De".
