ＶＯＬＵＭＥ １ is an album released by ＥＣＣＯＮＩＧＧＡ, removed from Bandcamp at an unknown time in 2016. The release, particularly in the alias name and branding, was considered controversial at the time, especially after the alias was found to be created by Luke Laurila of t e l e p a t h テレパシー能力者 fame. In 2024 the artist broke their typical vow of silence specifically to correct the alias being misattributed to a release on YouTube (雨の寺). In these messages, Laurila stated the alias's tracks were created near the end of 2014 alongside 新しい日の誕生 and アンタラ通信, considering it a "Golden Era" of releases.[2]
