the very first qualchan. album. was religiously hitting up record stores deep diving always for albums to flip while listening to a lot of ras g & dakim. pretty rough, but it definitely has it's charms.

talol. is an exploration of many themes. A surface level layer of dedication to tape loops obscures a deep. rich love and passion for nature, beautifully prosed through powerful sedation of its samples. From electronica to deep, ethereal chants, talol. expresses this passion through a kaleidoscope of surprising sources.

Most tracks contain funky synths and soulful acoustic strummings, warped into almost deathly tones: Lost in the purgatory between their original cheerfulness and the darker tone of the album. However, vocal samples are sprinkled throughout the album, each one startling you back into focus before bringing you under its spell yet again.
