Melting Reality is a compilation released and published by Acid Medical. The release became unavailable after the closure of the label on February 21, 2018. A release on CD was planned, but scrapped; it would later surface as a privately-distributed bootleg under the DATALOG label in September of 2018, with many tracks removed.
